I have been going to halims probably once a month for the last 5+ years and it just gets better every time, never walked away disappointed. They are very generous with the serves and they are very very cheap, normally 10-12 dollars a head. 5/5 because I've never been more satisfied over such a long period of time with any other restaurant. Would (and do) highly recommend!

Being Indian I'd never usually venture out to eat my own cuisine, however today we decided to try Halims. The set up looks it's best during the evening while it maintains a very relaxed atmosphere. Service was friendly and helped as much as they could and the food was out very quickly. The food was flavorful and very authentic, my favorite was the tandoori naan, huge pieces of hot naan, was delicious. Portions were extremely generous and we had heaps of leftovers ! Overall awesome place and really good food

“Best Indian Restaurant in QLD!”When all my friends used to talk about Halim's - I didn't really believe them. I had tried many Indian restaurants before, and been dissapointed many times - so when I found my favourite on the GC, I didn't think anything would beat it. I was wrong. I've tried so many different dishes at Halim's and they have all been delicious! The servings are always really generous, and the rice is free & they'll bring you as much as you like. Halim is usually there most nights, you can see his tall white chef's hat moving about in the kitchen. He's really friendly & all staff are always very polite, prompt, and efficient. The food is also really reasonably priced, I think it's probably the best-value restaurant in Rosalie. It's pretty cheap, and the food is of such a high standard

Lived in rosalie for 15 years! This place is amazing ! Now that I live far away I still make the travel on for halims! I get the palak paneer and it's the best in brisbane (trust me I've tried many)
